Earlier today, the Government published a Legal Notice addressing social clubs, amongst others, in relation to measures in response to COVID-19. As from tomorrow Wednesday 18 March 2020, ‘Palazzo Huesca’, seat of the Saint Lawrence Band Club, Vittoriosa, will remain closed. This is to ensure the well-being of everyone, as we are sure everyone can understand. The club will open again once this decision is revoked by the Government.

The President and Committee members augur the best of courage to all members and musicians and also to all members of Vittoriosa’s community. Although these are trying moments, we will strive to continue working on our projects, including the weekly music lessons which will be held online. Above all, we believe that Saint Lawrence, Patron Saint of Vittoriosa, will be with us in this trying moment and we are sure that once again, we will together emerge victorious.
