TONIGHT THE GREAT ‘ANTIVIGILJA’ MARCH

Today Thursday 8th of August, 2019 at 845pm the Saint Lawrence Band will be playing band marches along the streets of Vittoriosa participating in the popular march of the ‘Antivigilja’ meaning the eve of the eve of the Feast of St Lawrence.

The march will start from in front of the Band Club and proceed towards these Streets – Desain, Kardinal, San Lawrenz, Nestu Laiviera, Pjazza tal-Belt Vittoriosa, San Filippu, La Vallette through Pjazza tal-Belt Vittoriosa once again and along Triq il-Mina l-Kbira when at about midnight the statue will be erected on its pedestal.

The Band will finally march back towards the Band Club with the march ending at 0045am in front of ‘Palazzo Huesca’.
