ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND COMMITTEE ELECTIONS 2017/18

During this week the Annual General Meeting and the Committee Elections will be held as follows:-

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING on Tuesday 17^th January, 2017 at 6pm with the Agenda consisting of the presentation of the Administrative and Financial Report.

COMMITTEE ELECTION on Tuesday 17^th January, 2017 at 7pm where the Band and Member Proprietors will elect the President, Vice President, Secretary, Cashier, Band Delegate, Archivist and a Member.

COMMITTEE ELECTION on Wednesday 18^th January, 2017 at 7pm where the Members will elect the Assistant Secretary, Assistant Cashier and four members.
