The President and the Members of the Committee congratulates Mr. Alex Gatt for “Gieħ il-Birgu” which was given to him yesterday by the Birgu Local Council.
Alex was one of the founders of the Palmizi Youth Section within Saint Lawrence Band Club in 1993.
