On Sunday 15 October 2023, the ceiling painting behind the main alter was inaugurated after it was restored and other parts repainted. During the opening ceremony Saint Lawrence Band participated and animated the evening through a Brass Ensemble under the direction of Mro. Andrew Lawrence Zarb and with the participation of Soprano Rosabelle Bianchi.
