On Wednesday 28th December, 2016 the Social Activities Commission within the Saint Lawrence Band Club organized the annual Christmas Party where a good number of band members, club members and supporters of the Band attended for this activity. The Party was held in the main Halls of Palazzo Huesca where his usual speech, the President of the Club Mr Lawrence V. Farrugia gave an account of the year 2016 which is coming to an end and looked forward with optimism for the coming year 2017. He also mentioned that new faces had joined the Committee during the past legislature and encouraged more to come forward and participate in the elections to be held in January in order to elect the Executive Committee for the years 2017/18.
