The Saint Lawrence Band during the official opening of Valletta 18

The Saint Lawrence Band made history once again when last Saturday 20th January participated during the official opening of the Valletta 18, when this year Valletta is the European Capital City of Culture. The Band was once again the ambassador of Vittoriosa and also of Cottonera playing band marches along Triq Gilormu Cassar during this unique activity in which more than 100,000 persons attended. The Saint Lawrence Band played in a Mass Band together with the Queen Victoria Band of Zurrieq and the B’Bugia Band. Another feather in the cap for the Vittoriosa Band.
