On the 10th of August 2023, the Feast of the Patron Saint of Vittoriosa Saint Lawrence, Saint Lawrence Band welcomed His Eminence Cardinal Peter Turkson together with the Archpriest and the Mayor of Vittoriosa in the entrance of Birgu and accompanied them with a march to the Collegiate and Conventual Church of Saint Lawrence.
