On Saturday 29 July 2023, Saint Lawrence Band Club Vittoriosa, re-inaugurated the Main Hall of Palazzo Huesca which was named in memory of our former president Lawrence V. Farrugia. The renovation of this hall consisted of a beautiful painting on the ceiling which was donated by the Archpriest Rev. Carmelo Busuttil. The painting was done by Andrew Bugeja an artist from Vittoriosa. New wall paper was also installed and new decorative marble was paid from the Fund to Financially Help the Music Societies managed by the Arts Council Malta and the National Association of Band Clubs. In the same hall, a bust on a marble column of former President Lorry Farrugia was unveiled. It is also a work by Andrew Bugeja.

The inauguration of Lawrence V. Farrugia Hall followed a short program with several speeches and musical interventions by the violinist Valhmort Montfort.
